Humanoid robot sector records over 100 financing deals in 2025

The humanoid robot sector is buzzing with activity this year. As of August 7th, 107 financing deals have been recorded in the field, with a cumulative financing amount of approximately 27.879 billion yuan (undisclosed amounts excluded).

In 2023, the number of China's financing events in the humanoid robot sector surged to 42, totaling about 13.023 billion yuan. The year 2024 marked the first large-scale competition of humanoid robots, with a wave of new product launches. Therefore, China's financing events jumped to 72, and total financing more than doubled compared with the previous year.

In 2025, capital is flowing into the sector at an accelerating pace. In terms of deal size, financings exceeding 100 million yuan have become the norm. In July alone, 7 of the 21 financing events reached this scale.

This year is widely regarded as the inaugural year for the mass production of humanoid robots, signaling their shift from "lab exhibits" to "industrial necessities," and even "everyday essentials." At this year's World Robot Conference(WRC), Galbot unveiled an "unmanned convenience store." After selecting a product on an interactive screen, a Galbot humanoid robot swiftly moves to the shelf, accurately picks up the item, and hands it to the customer. According to data disclosed in its June financing announcement, nearly ten stores in Beijing had already deployed Galbot robots for regular operations.

人形机器人赛道今年融资已超百起

今年，人形机器人赛道显得格外热闹。截至8月7日，该领域今年已发生107起融资事件，累计融资金额约278.79亿元（未披露融资额不纳入统计）。

2023年，人形机器人赛道国内融资事件数量飙升至42起，融资金额合计约130.23亿元。到了2024年，人形机器人赛道首次出现百“人”大战，迎来了新品发布的“井喷期”，国内融资事件数量大幅提升至72起，融资金额较上年更是翻倍。

进入2025年，越来越多的资本正在加速涌入。从获融资金额的体量来看，亿元级融资成为该领域常态。以今年7月为例，当月发生的21起融资事件中，7起融资事件的融资金额均达到亿元级别。

2025年被视作人形机器人“量产”元年，这意味着人形机器人要从“实验室展品”变成“产业必需品”乃至“生活必需品”。在今年的世界机器人大会上，银河通用的展台打造了一间“无人便利店”，消费者在交互屏上选定心仪产品后，机器人Galbot就迅速移动到货架前、精准抓取商品，再递交给消费者。根据银河通用在6月披露融资时给出的数据，北京当时已有近十家门店实现机器人Galbot的部署和常态化运营。
