我有一个朋友，是一家外企企业的高管，就是除了外国人，他的职位最高。

在中国人当中他的工资是最高的，在2016年的时候，他买了一套房子，300多万，将近400万，借了不少贷款，因为他毕竟还年轻，工资高，有自信。

后来这边的房子一路下跌，差不多跌掉1/3，也就是他亏了差不多100万。

所以有的时候，真的人算不如天算，如果他不是高管，他也没有那个自信和实力买将近400万的房子。

现在房子跌了，工作没了，就算重新找，很难找到同样待遇的，至少短时间没有。

反而看工人呢，因为工资低，最多买100多万的房子，亏1/3最多30多万，也没有他负债多。
