The China International Import Expo (CIIE) is the world's first national-level exhibition dedicated to imports. At the first CIIE in 2018, China announced that the Expo would not only be held annually but would also strive for higher standards, greater effectiveness, and continuous improvement. The CIIE serves as "four major platforms" for international procurement, investment promotion, people-to-people exchanges, and open cooperation, 1continuously unlocking the benefits of openness. Across its first seven editions, nearly 3,000 representative new products, technologies, and services have debuted, with a cumulative intended turnover exceeding $500 billion. Foreign enterprises and investment promotion agencies have engaged in targeted matchmaking across various regions, with many exhibitors opening new stores, factories, and R&D centers in China, making it a golden platform for global businesses to explore opportunities in the country. Same time, same place: from November 5th to 10th, the 8th CIIE will arrive as scheduled, once again drawing global attention to Shanghai and the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai).
