三月流焱：谁最靠谱，凡事有始终的人

《诗经》里说：“靡不有初，鲜克有终。”

In the Book of Songs, it is said, "There is no beginning to prosperity, but there is an end to freshness

意思是说，人们做事，往往一开始兴致勃勃，但很少有人能把事情坚持做到最后。

The meaning is that people often start with enthusiasm when doing things, but few can persist until the end.

所以，一个人靠不靠谱，关键的一点，就是看他做事是不是有始有终，能不能做到及时的反馈和交代。

So, the key to whether a person is reliable or not is to see if they have a consistent approach to their work, and whether they can provide timely feedback and explanations.

靠谱的人，不管做什么事，都会有始有终，每件事情都逐一落到实处。

A reliable person, no matter what they do, will have a beginning and an end, and every thing will be implemented one by one.

职场上，能做到凡事有交代，件件有着落，事事有回音；

In the workplace, one should be able to give instructions for everything, ensure that everything is settled, and receive feedback for everything;

社交中，量力而行，不轻易承诺，承诺的事儿，再难也要努力做成；

In social interactions, one should act within one's means and not easily make promises. Even if promises are difficult, one should strive to fulfill them;

归根结底一句话，就是做事要让人放心。
